#Readfor15 is a literacy project created by the NWT Literacy Council, and adopted by Libraries in Alberta to promote Family Literacy Day. The goal of #Readfor15 is to promote the importance of literacy, and encourage families and community members to read! Red Deer Public Library always participates, and in 2018 we won the "Readerpalooza" trophy for the second year in a row, meaning we had the highest number of readers overall (15,803 to be exact)! Go Red Deer!! 

The #Readfor15 challenge is happening again on Friday January 25, 2019. 
To participate, all you have to do is read anything for 15 minutes and then report it to us on January 25 (midnight to midnight)! Help Red Deer become Alberta's most "readerly" community!

- Fill out our web form at www.rdpl.org (available January 25)
- Tell us in person at any branch
