Dutch Oven Bread Making Kits

Contains measures of yeast and kosher salt and a recipe adapted from The Staub Cookbook: modern recipes for classic cast iron, which is on order for the library. These kits are for adults, and are perfect for those who would like to use that new cast iron cocotte aka dutch oven that they got for Christmas! It is a no-fail, four ingredient recipe for one loaf of artisan bread.
