Pre-registration required for each class! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to be placed on the email lists. The meeting link will be emailed out 30 minutes prior to the start of each class. All levels welcome with many modifications offered.

Slow Flow: Hatha style class focusing on mobility while linking breath to movement.
Yin: Passive and longer holds of postures to target connective tissues.
Yang/Yin: Gentle blend of hatha (movement) and yin (holds).
Movement & Meditation: Focus on opening the hips and spine to set up the body for a small guided meditation.
