Explore yoga from the comfort of your own home - no flexibility or experience required! Try lots of different styles to find what feels good for you. Yoga is for everybody and every body.  

Pre-registration required for each class! Contact abraun@rdpl.org for more information and to be placed on the email lists. The meeting link will be emailed out 30 minutes prior to the start of each class. All levels welcome with many modifications offered.

Style definitions:

Slow Flow: Hatha style class focusing on mobility while linking breath to movement.

Yin: Passive and longer holds of postures to target connective tissues.

Yang/Yin: Gentle blend of hatha (movement) and yin (holds).

Movement & Meditation: Focus on opening the hips and spine to set up the body for a small guided meditation.
