Explore yoga from the comfort of your own home - no flexibility or experience required! Try lots of different styles to find what feels good for you. Yoga is for everybody and every body.  

Pre-registration required for each class! Contact abraun@rdpl.org for more information and to be placed on the email lists. The meeting link will be emailed out 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.

Slow & Gentle: Hatha style class focusing on mobility while linking breath to movement.
Yin: Passive and longer holds of postures to target connective tissues.
Yang/Yin: Gentle blend of hatha (movement) and yin (holds).
Movement & Meditation: Focus on opening the hips and spine to set up the body for a small guided meditation.
