General Guidelines

Both rooms are available to be booked during the times that the library is open.  For meetings extending beyond the hours that the library is open, Security Staff is required, which costs an additional $30 per hour (not pro-rated).  Please note that Security Staff may not always be available for times outside of regular library hours.

Customers are responsible for clean-up of the room and, in the case of the Snell Auditorium, set-up and take-down of table and chairs (see the Snell Auditorium Cleanup Guidelines for more information). Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge and room may not be rented to this group again.

Coffee and snacks and/or meals are available from Café Noir - call 403-342-9109.
