First Thursday Concert: November 5, 2009

Mark your calendars: on the first Thursday of every month in 2009 we'll have free chamber music concerts in the Snell Auditorium over the lunch hour (12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
Café Noir is a sponsor of the series: they'll be providing free coffee and tea for each event. Bring your lunch (or buy one at Café Noir) and get re-caffeinated while you acquire a little culture.
Our next concert on Thursday, November 5, will feature soprano Louise Stuppard, Ruston Vuori and Danica Hoffart with a program for violin, piano, and voice including music of Johannes Brahms, Arvo Pärt, and Canadian composers Ruston Vuori and Vernon Murgatroyd.
