First Thursday Concert: August 6, 2009

Mark your calendars: on the first Thursday of every month in 2009 we'll have free chamber music concerts in the Snell Auditorium over the lunch hour (12:15 to 1:00 p.m.)
Café Noir is a sponsor of the series: they'll be providing free coffee and tea for each event. Bring your lunch (or buy one at Café Noir) and get re-caffeinated while you acquire a little culture.
Our next concert on Thursday, August 6th will feature soprano Joyce Emms and pianist Vernon Murgatroyd. They'll be performing music by Charles Gounod, Andrew Lloyd Webber, George Gershwin, and Vernon Murgatroyd. Download the concert poster.
