The Alberta Library Card
| By being a member in good standing at a participating library, you can receive The Alberta Library (TAL) Card for free. With the TAL Card, you are able to walk in to and directly borrow books from any of the 240 TAL Card participating libraries in the province (including Red Deer College). Simply stop at the circulation desk at either the Downtown or Dawe branches of the library to apply for your free TAL Card today.
