A message from Dave
Fall 2004
Dear Resident,
I am running in the upcoming election as your next public school trustee
because I am a strong supporter of public education. I believe our greatest
priority is investment in our children – THEY are our future. I
strongly support an educational system that is striving to educate our
children about a more just society.
I believe that my past 20 years in leadership positions and recent term
as the Chair of the Red Deer Public School Board Foundation has prepared
me to be an informed and proactive trustee. I have always strived to be
a big picture thinker.
I strongly support a caring and learning school system that strives to
prepare our children to be involved citizens. I believe in using our funds
in the most cost effective way to have the greatest impact to the people
we serve. This is accomplished through collaboration with the Board, parents,
teachers and our community.
I am counting on your support in the upcoming election and I look forward
to working with you to provide the best quality education for our children.
Together we can make a difference! On October 18, please vote for Murph!
